A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Jim will follow up. If you pay a starting package on Stripe, that payment reserves the work pending confirmation of time, access, and condition.

Prices on the site are starting packages. Extra soil, water haul, or access issues may be quoted before work starts.

Weather, access, or unsafe conditions can delay a job; we will reschedule. Refunds for unused work are handled by Jim. Stripe processing fees on completed payments may not be recoverable.
